great staff and quality mechandise
We love Rittel's. We are in Salina and have called to ask if they have something in particular and they almost always have what we need and have even sent pictures so that we are sure before makiing the trip.
I have shopped at Rittel's for many years. I can always find what I am looking for there be it for myself, my husband or my kids.
They have very good prices,and there wear is pretty darn good to if i say so myself.
My husband and I pulled in to look at some boots, but as we were pulling into the parking lot, an employee was taking down the American flag out of the wind and rain...and she proceeded to drag it on the ground and into the store. We kept driving and decided to find another place to take our business.
I went to Rittel's to get boots on the spur of the moment for my daughter and I for horse riding. The selection was great, with lots of styles and sizes. The prices were competitive with the local market and the internet. I ended up getting Justin Gypsies, my daughter Ariat's. I wear the boots almost every day. The salesperson was helpful and knowledgeable. I would visit and shop here again.
