Zoila is awesome Great customer service
Went to cash a check and they used the excuse that the office is closed! If you don’t like doing your job just say that don’t pretend the office is closed! Ppl make me sick wanting to just sit around and not do what they are paid to do! This place is ridiculous!!!

Though I usually go to the Throggs' Neck branch (across from Target in the mini-mall; Ana there is truly great); today I happened to come to the CASTLE HILL branch around 8pm. The two cashiers there -- ASIBUR and ASMA -- were so pleasant, so polite, so friendly, so professional, that it made my day. The Castle Hill branch is hit-and-miss; sometimes it has some really bad cashiers (attitude etc), but ASIBUR and ASMA were both excellent; I hope Rite-Check acknowledges their value in keepin... read more
