Besides the fact that they don't take passport photos, which is fine, the staff in that area treat you with a disapproving look, as if you were asking them for money. Very bad service.
They do not do passport photos
There is always a 10-15 minute line in this location. Constantly understaffed,there's never anyone around to help nor are the employees at te register. Having two employees at checkout, who move with no sense of urgency or welcoming attitude is very poor management.
