Love love LOVE LOVE LOVE RITE AID!!! THE BEST PHARMACY AND EMPLOYEES
Went to this location for some cold meds. On the door it says they'll be closing in two and a half weeks. I went all the way to the back to find they had zero stock in any commonly used cold or allergy medicines. They suggested I drive six miles to the next closest store. Now I know why they're going out of business. They could have easily kept a minimum stock and transfered it to a new store once the doors closed, they still have makeup by the way... Pitiful management.
This location is set for closure in the near future, as part of the 115 stores that are included in the bankruptcy proceedings.
It’s very evident from my last few visits that they’ve made some changes for the better. It’s going much better here!
If I could rate 0 stars for Pharmacy I would. I had 3 days left to pick up my prescription, yet they already pulled it. They said it would be ~10min, but I waited an hour. A young lady told me she would get me when it was ready, and as I’m leaving because I was tired of waiting this long - I see she is on break. You guys need to communicate to your customers and also hold up to what you say and be accountable. Do better. Every other time has been easy and simple. Why such an issue now?
