First and last time going there for an antibiotic to help relieve a HORRID sinus infection. I figured I work in Fowler and go to CVS which is excellent...but they were closing by 6pm. I needed meds ASAP and didn't want to go to Walmart. So I was at home in bed suffering waiting for that text. My husband went from 6:30-6:41pm. The pharmacy tech that helped me was rude, never looked me in the eyes, and never even cracked a hint of a smile!! And this is not the 1st time this crew treated me like I've interrupted their special day! Management needs to send them to Charm school or it least some lessons in JOY!!! Thank goodness I myself don't use them as my pharmacy. I was picking up for my client.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for 27 years but the service had gotten so bad that it's time for a change. They said it because of the new customers from Kmart. My response was "what about the loyal customers who have stuck around?"

Had a prescription sent from the doctors office to the pharmacist. The doctors office had a confirmation that the prescription was delivered. However, The pharmacist was not able to locate the prescription information from the doctors office. Doctors office sent the request two times. Once while I was at the pharmacist window, speaking to an employee. I will now go to another pharmacist because they have irritated me with their incompetence.
