Friday I had a prescription sent to Rite Aid in Louisville and I went in to pick it up and they said they didn't get it. The next day, I call them and ask again and they told me that they couldn't make it because it's a compound but the medicine shop across the street could make it and that they would fax it over there. Yesterday, I called the medicine shop to ask about it and they said they never got a fax about it for me. I can't be the only one that thinks Rite Aid Pharmacy in town is the slowest place around. Not only are they slow they all seem like they absolutely hate their job. The lady I had today when I went through the drive thru looked like she was stoned out of her mind. She could barely keep her eyes opened let alone communicate with me. ���
They'll call you to tell you a prescription is ready, then when you show up after dragging out your suffering child who just had surgery, they'll tell you it will be 4 more hours. I explained how bad Rite Aid was, so the doctors called in the prescriptions on the 18th so that they'd be done by the 24th, and they still weren't done! Had to wait a full 4 more hours with a crying little one who needed that pain medication and antibiotic! They always tell me a time, then 4 hours later, I have to go home and get it the next day. ... read more
