I placed a special order for a prescription for my pet on January 30 2020. I was told it was an item that needed to be ordered and it would be in the next day. I show up the next day to pick it up. It's not there. I'm told it was never ordered. Once again, I'm told they'll order it and it will be in on Monday. I ask for someone to please call me on Monday when it arrives so I don't make another unnecessary trip. It's now Monday. No call. I call at 4:00. Has to be the worst pharmacy in the entire country, loses scripts, takes days to fill, when it is filled they always screw up insurance information....20' down the road is a Walgreens...go there
