Very rude in pharmacy!

Me and my girlfriend were told by the pharmacy that the prescription would be ready in 30. We waited 45 minutes and then went to the store. Apon arriving we were told that it still wasn't ready. If your going to tell someone 30 minutes and they give you an hour and you still don't have it ready. Don't tell them 30 minutes.
