Family and friends do not go to the sunnyside rite aid. A prescription was called in 2hrs ago by my Dr. I go to pick up at 7pm. The twit of a tech told me I have to call to remind them to fill a prescription. They had 2 hours to fill it!! I have never ever had to call make sure they are filling the prescription. Then come to to find out my insurance doesn't cover it. The other tech decided to announce in a full waiting area the cost and it's not covered. Love this pharmacy:) The staff is excellent:) I love Chad, Aleena, Natfaly,Tu,Amanda,Marti,& all the staff cause they know me by name and always have a smile when they see me and are so friendly:)
