The Dr. Emailed my prescriptions Friday morning around 9am,got a call Monday morning saying they were ready,went to get them at 3pm Monday and she said they all were ready except one,so why would I have to make another trip up there to get the other one when I already been there 3 or 4 times and they weren't ready.
Just called to find out cost of a medication so that I could pick up for an elderly woman that writes a check as payment, was told 9 dollars and some change????? I said could you find out exact amount so she can write a check? Thought I was asking for her first born child. Not very polite!!!!
