I am actually rating one particular employee who has worked at this Rite Aid for many years. Her name is Shannon. Shannon is absolutely amazing! No matter how bad everything else gets at this location (and believe me, they go through some spells where it's a mess but they also have spells where they are doing better) I know if I ask for Shannon, she is going to either know how to get things done or she will go far above the call of duty to figure out how to do it. Had a 12:40 covid and flu shot appointment only to find no one available to administer shot. At $4.00 a gallon for gas this is unacceptable. Clerk found it amusing that I expected the online scheduler to actually work. I will go to CVS from now on.
