My review is mostly for the pharmacy, but I'll touch on the store as well. The pharmacy here sucks. My family has to use Rite Aid because of union insurance rules, otherwise we'd go anywhere else. 1. Over 50% of the time, they do not have our medications and must order them. It's one thing when there is a nationwide shortage, but for normal medications, they should be in stock when patients need them, not several days later. 2. Communication is middling at best. Yes, they get the job done, but if you’re expecting even minimal courtesy from the pharmacy staff, this is not the place for it. The lady always seems upset or irritated. I’m not asking for a fake smile, but the way she interacts is borderline disrespectful.

I have used this location for several years. I have known them by their first name; Riley, James, Bradley, Stedtman, and ,Travis. It really hurt me everytimes someone leaves. Those I have mention plus others made me feel ike family since 2018. It has change, I don't want to lose anyone. Those people mention had the best customers skills in a long time. Keep Bradley so I can keep coming and share this with others.
