Customer service from the pharmacy staff is lacking. I have had many issues with their associates not filling scripts, not notifying me of a backorder /stocking issue or outright lying to rationalize why they haven't filled a script that is due or over due to be filled and needed by the patient. and this is specific to the New ken location. THe Natrona and lower burrell locations are fabulous.
Nice place just felt empty.
Every encounter I’ve had with the pharmacy is subpar. From not receiving texts stating my meds are available(when I’m told I will receive one) to ZERO communication from the staff regarding medications that are not available. I showed up to the pharmacy after waiting 5 days only for the tech to say “oh yeah, that’s why I can’t find it, because it’s on back order” A phone call should have been made so I could have went to a different pharmacy.
