I've been going to Rite Aid for years and this is the 1st time I was told that if you pay n go on the app then you don't have to go in the main drive -thru line. So, I appreciate the Pharmacist/Pharmacy tech for letting me know.
I have no problem when I am at the store. Everyone is very friendly and my prescriptions are filled on time. My problem is they don't answer the phone. I tried to get some answers to my questions on my prescription that were not on the information sheet. It is a dietary question and I tried looking it up myself and I get conflicting information. It would be helpful if you could leave a message nd they would call you back.

This pharmacy never has prescriptions ready when they say they will be ready. They completely close the pharmacy at 1:30 for a half hour even though there are people standing behind the counter. On top of that, the employees are rude and obviously don’t care about their customers. I will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere. It no wonder Rite Aid is closing stores.
