This location is HORRIBLE!!! They need to close there doors! WALGREENS headquarters needs to do something ASAP. I have spoken to even the DM and nothing is being done. I have been a certified pharmacy technician for 15 years and I tell you from my days starting out in CVS that this not how you run a pharmacy. First off when e-scripts come in you should be immediately starting to type and processing them. It appears the strategy of a pharmacy technician transferring the call to the pharmacist only to be placed on hold long enough for the pharmacy to close, is a great tactic for them to avoid providing any type of customer service or simply ignore the customer.
Horrible store. Went there tonight and had to argue with the black skinny Guy working at the register. He rather dance and listen to music on his speaker than help customers. The manager no better. She just let the workers be unprofessional with the customers. I went there to load $1000 on my chime card. He wanted to argue I could only load $750. He would not even try loading the other $500. The manager tried and like I knew I could load a make of $1000 a day $500 a time. Hire employees that know their job. It's not his home... read more
