Every time I pick up a prescription, I am waiting 20-30 minutes. Something is always wrong and delays the pick up. The shelves are half stocked and never have what we need. I can go to CVS to get whatever I need and prescriptions are smooth.
Quick in and out, very nice employees, clean orderly store.
I have to use this Rite Aid after the one across street closed...I used that prior Rite Aid for about 20 yrs. Not happy with this store. Have had an issue getting my Rx filled in timely manner. Called in my synthroid on Jan 2- it still hasn't come in yet. 9 days later. Got an auto message it was ready- went in today and it was only 5 pills. The Rx is for 90. Also, I asked 2x why they don't seem to restock shelves- none of the clerks knew- other than saying suppliers may be slow. I may switch to CVS.
I have rheumatoid arthritis in my hands. I had asked repeatedly for easy open tops. I am even flagged with that in their computer. Twice I was told that the prescriptions come from the warehouse. After reading other reviews I bypassed writing a review. I called the phone number on the pass the buck answer and made a complaint. Within 7 days the pharmacist from this Rite Aid called me to let me know my meds would be filled in-house. I am now getting my prescriptions with easy open tops. Edit 7/11/2024: I will never go to another Rite Aid again. They are extremely unhelpful and unwilling to transfer a prescription which is legal in every way, shape, and form. They also have extremely slow service. This place has a drive through that you can wait in for 30+ minutes easily. I sat and waited at the drive through, then when I got to the window I watched the one lady help 3 different people at the counter before even realizing I existed at the drive through.
