My visit to THIS store was satisfying. I appreciate the service I received from the associates on duty. They were very courteous and helpful.
I needed a compression sleeve for my sore elbow and spent 15 minutes in the store trying to locate. Finally found one compression sleeve that was way too small. I had to use the restroom so I asked one of the associates the location of the bathroom. They said sorry no bathroom go use the bathroom across the street at Royal Farms. I left the store and went to Walgreens down the street and had a wonderful experience with staff that was eager to help me out. They had a great selection of sleeves and a nice clean bathroom.
Pharmacy improved for a little bit then it was a nightmare. The same pharmacist would give me a hard time about my perscription every time I came to get it filled till I finally had enough. Not one time did they have my entire perscription. I always had to come back the next week for the rest of it and go through the same trouble with the same pharmacist all over again. I had a prescription sent there on Friday that was due Sunday because my current drug store is closed on Sunday. WOW that was a mistake they are closed Saturday and Sunday! I thought this was a drug store, and right next to a hospital. Never again!
Accidentally posted before finishing… I just wanted to say that Eleanor and the rest of the wonderful staff at the pharmacy at Rite Aid, treat me like they treat the rest of their patients. In a professional, caring manner. I can not explain how much this means to me.
