When the worker told me to read the sign at the drive through window (it was closed because of being short staffed) unless you were dropping of a script or have covid (I had ) she told me I had to go in the store or go elsewhere for my prescription! This is no way to treat a customer ever what if I was not mobile to walk into the pharmacy she/they not wait on me. If you have a drive thru it should never be closed that I believe may go against the ada I might be wrong on that though.
Have a major sinus infection. Showed up at 415 to get prescription. Same day. Pharmacist left at 2pm. 3 people standing at front desk doing NOTHING. They can't help me. I have to drive across town to maybe get it at another. NEVR use this pharmacy.
I love this Rite Aid. The pharmacy is always super nice and helpful. They allow me to use a coupon that makes a medicine affordable for me. I have traveled a lot and this is the best pharmacy staff I’ve encountered.
