It was a close out sale. I purchased a bubble maker for my granddaughter for 40% off. My 4 year old granddaughter was so excited. We got home, set it up, and it didn't work. Wouldn't come on. I was out $20. There were signs everywhere that read "all sales final." That's pretty convenient for the company. They can sell you whatever they want. Even if it doesn't work. I loved Rite Aid and always used them. I'm very disappointed.
Just for your information, this pharmacy has closed. Three stars for misinformation. The retail side is about to close. No signs posted as to warn anyone. Why is Rite Aid not better at letting the public know when a location is closing. I know they are all about to be closed but people rely on prescription refills. We will have to relocate to another one until we switch to a new company all together.
How do you call to me my medicines is ready for pickup you don't have in store. This is crazy. So done with rite aid
I have been very pleased with this Rite Aid and their pharmacy. They have been helpful and supportive. Today, I brought in some GoodRx coupons because my insurance company did not pay very well for my prescriptions, and the pharmacist kindly recalculated what I owed and saved me about $180 in the process. I like doing business here and will continue to make this my pharmacy of choice.
We changed pharmacy twice because of the closings, this one by far is the worse. Called a week ago for refill, nothing, I went in person, they didn’t have it. You can’t talk to anyone or leave a message because the voicemail is always full. Every month they have to order the medicine and every month they are late, nine years with them and is getting worse and worse, RIDICULOUS!
