Helpful staff. Even if they are short handed they do their best to get the job done. I’ve been filling my scripts here for over a year now. Never any issues. The pharmacist, techs, and staff at this store are some of the coolest people around.
I literally called 9 times back to back just now no answer and they are open I need to make sure my meds are ready beefier going up there because I came 4 times yesterday my meds wasn’t ready worse rite aid ever
I have shocked got all my prescriptions to rite aid for 30 years my husband travels for his job we never know where he's going to be stationed at how long he's going to be there I tried to explain this to the pharmacist at rite aid because sometimes my doctor has to call in prescriptions there and I have to have them transfer to where we're at will she understood my headache medication is on the narcotics list now in those are not a narcotic in it it's on it I have to have someone pick it up there and ship it to me well this... read more
So apparently the pharmacy now closes at 8pm.. I arrived at 8:30pm n the gate was pulled down half way and whoever was still there rudely informed me that they closed at 8pm n I had to return at 9am if I really actually needed my medication
Rite Aid is always surprising me in the different products they have. The variety, not normally found at a grocery or super store, is helpful to find that one-of-a-kind gift.
