Not going to lie, the pharmacy is frustrating. There is a manufacturer that their medicine doesn’t work for me. It’s supposed to be in my notes not to fill the prescription if they have that specific manufacture in stock, because I can try to get it filled at a different rite aide, that might have the other manufacturer. But instead, they ignore this, and I end up with a medication for the next month that is absolutely useless. Love Rite Aid.
Spare yourself not to call or goto this pharmacy and not be yelled or told new rules about prescription. Pharmacist lacks basic respect and dignity for there customers who also happens to be patient suffering maybe from different ailment. Although location is good and building is new but service enclosing these shiny structure is nothing but sorry to say that awful!
Clean and large for a rite aid. Have everything you need but the store is understaffed.
