They are closing this Rite-Aid location in less than one week. Rite-Aid did not let me know, I just happened to call since I saw other locations were closing. Nothing in the mail, no email, no text, nothing on their website. No direction from Riteaid. Corporate customer service number has no info other than a regional manager will call me back "next week". Love this store. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Well stocked items.
The head pharmacist is rude and unpleasant every time I speak to him on the phone or come by the pharmacy. They also never bother to call you to tell you if your medication is out of stock so you get to make several trips to see Mr. miserable. Truly terrible customer service.
The store looks very organized and clean but the lights are very very bright. Had to pick up a prescription at the pharmacy. The 2 women behind the counter seemed majorly stressed and were not very friendly or customer satisfaction focused... They do carry the gum I like so that was a good thing. 👍
they are so helful at this store so rare to find such help anywhere these days
