I have been dealing with this pharmacy, Rite Aid, Lorain Street, for about a year.. and I dispense some medications. The treatment provided by the pharmacist in the pharmacy is more than wonderful. I was very pleased with the excellent customer service and product selection. I would highly recommend this Rite Aid store and their staff
The pharmacy technicians are rude, they often don’t give all the medications that are ready when going to pick up so multiple trips to the store need to be made, they’ll ask for prior authorizations and ignore when doctors send them. Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to.
