Went to pharmacy to get Advils cold and sinus 20 minutes before close and already had drawer pulled from register so they couldn't sell it to me
I honestly don’t know why they even have a phone number listed if no one is gonna answer the thing. Other than that it’s not a bad pharmacy.
The pharmacist (I think) helped me switch over my prescriptions and was nice which is appreciated (some Rite Aids have terrible customer service). You cannot get anyone on the phone when you call the store. I tried to call at 7 pm yesterday and was on hold for an hour before someone answered. I had my phone on speaker and on mute because I was waiting so long and finally a woman answered, said "Hello? Hello?" and hung up wll within the space of 5 seconds (it was literally that fast).
