We use Rite Aid for all of our prescription and pharmacy needs. It’s a convenient location, the staff is helpful and friendly and the store is always clean. We find it to be well stocked with many other needs like greeting cards, holiday treats and beauty supplies.Â

Pretty poor experience with customers, never keeps certain prescriptions stocked and no one is ever at the counter. Can't even get your medication because they either don't have it on hand or don't want to give it to you. I've been going to this place for 3 years and I'm tired of the poor service. Currently going to go to Walgreens.Â
Especially in light of the recent news about Rite Aid closing many of their stores, I sincerely hope that the Ionia store remains open and operational. Their staff - retail and pharmacy, is knowledgeable and friendly, they have a large and varied product line, and their in-town location is very convenient.Â
