They have almost nothing on the shelves. Just out of bankruptcy so I expect the store to fill up over the next couple months. Pharmacy team is super nice.
Stopped here to get a prescription. Pearson waited on me and he was so nice. As I waited for my prescription, I bought something to drink and Sally at the front register was really nice too. Nice rite aid.
Everytime a prescription is electronically sent, it magically is never received. My mother had surgery for cancer and the doc sent a script multiple times for pain meds and they magically never received it. They also don't open on time...I'm sorry but as a commercial business you should not open 10 min after you're supposed to already be helping customers. Get your act together, Rite Aid. No wonder you're all going out of business. Lame!
They filled a 1 month supply of a prescription incorrectly (90 instead of 270). After asking them about it due to not having enough medicine, they were not exactly able to determine how or why they sent 90 as the quantity on a medicine that says take three pills three times a day. My insurance verified they did not cancel the 270 count. Rite aid's solution was to offer me a 1 week supply of the medicine at a cost of 3x the price I usually pay for the entire month.
