Good service and clean store. Nice and quick like a convenience store should be, especially the week of Christmas :)
Only in Michigan can u find liquor in a Rite Aid!! Love it!!
Hard to get any help here. On the phone or in person. When you call you're put on eternal hold. The staff ignores you even if you're right in front of them. #badservice
They are bad at customer service. When you walk in they don't greet you. Also you can't find anything in the store unless you walk down every isle.. The employees on the floor don't help you either..
Not the greatest layout. It's hard to find items, the isles are cluttered, and they have low stock of common items.
