They never have anything done even when I request refills DAYS in advance, then I'm waiting 30-1 hour in person.
The Rite Aid Pharmacy specifically! They are near impossible to reach over the phone. When you do arrive in person because they forget to text you, and the prescriptions are complete there is always someone with a horrible attitude who takes it out on customers. They constantly pass the work to their junior associates who do a great job. But the pharmacists and senior employees are rude and make work harder on the junior employees
