I wish I could give zero stars, this pharmacy is truly horrendous. I've used it for 6ish years and man has it gotten BAD. They never answer the phone and when they do they place you on IMMEDIATE hold without letting you say a single word. The wait times are long, the drive thru is constantly closed, it's bad.
I was in on 2/19/25 with my 3 year old son. I had a prescription slip to fill for my son. Jason in the pharmacy was excellent! He said normally it would take a half hour to fill my prescription. Once I told him I live a ways out he said he would expedite, since I had my young son with me and he knew it would be tough to keep him busy. 15 minutes later I got a text that the prescription was ready. if i could give it 0 stars i would.. after multiple issues i decided to leave a review. I have never gotten a Rx on time here. If they say it will be ready, wait 3 more days. The staff is inexperienced and not friendly. they blame the system for every issue. system or not, this is undoubtedly THE WORST pharmacy in the nation.. hands down!!
Worst customer service ever! I’m shocked that they’re going out of business.
