Terrible customer service skills, I was the next person in line. After finishing up with the customer in front of me, (Ester) the manager looked me straight in the eyes, stepped over and started a conversation with another employee, totally disregarding me standing at the checkout register. After noticing the prejudice displayed by (Ester), I decided that I would take my business across the street to Walgreens. If I could give less than one (1⃣) star I would.

Gerald helped us with a big ice cream order on 12/30 He was very helpful and kind and energetic. Extremely patient cuz we had like 5 different flavors and a complicated order. Thank you for being a joy to the end of our night Gerald. Definitely keep this man he’s a joy to have had serviced us.

The pharmacist Angeline I believe, was super friendly and kind to customers and to myself as well. I had issues with my insurance and she was patient for me to fix the issue. We made small talk and it was nice to have people work the counter like this. Great and outstanding customer service, would definitely come back to rite aid.
