If I could give it zero I would. The ladies are usually sweet. But the guy with long red hair and the tall guy with the dark beard are subject to how they feel on a given day. Rude and terrible customer service.
Interesting reviews. I've used their pharmacy for years and have had no issues at all. Good service, courteous and reasonably on time. Yes, their shelves are a bit scarce of product but that's what happens post bankruptcy. I'll continue to use them as my pharmacy.
Called in a prescription this morning, it said my prescription would be ready after 1:00pm today. Stopped in at 5pm. It was not ready and I was told it would be a 30 minute wait. What’s the point of calling in a prescription if it’s not going to be ready when they say? It’s really not that hard to respect the customer by keeping your promises. This is the rudest pharmacy. Not only the techs but the pharmacist too. Nothing is EVER stocked. Order you meds 2 weeks in advance and you'll still run out. They often close the pharmacy before closing hour especially around holidays, closing 20 minutes early is not acceptable. Some people have life threatening conditions that require medication. Let's not except that the pharmacy has they texted you was ready, atleast not at this store, because once you arrive you'll be told it's not in stock. Regardless of the text they se... read more
