I stopped going here a few years ago because of this pharmacys utter lack of care. I would clal to be sure my meds were going to be ready, even get the text confirming. Then arrive to be told it will be another 30 minutes to an hour. With all the recent closures i was forced to hive them another chance. I had a perscription to be filled before i leave for a long trip. I verrified by phone and text again. This time i was APPALLED. They vlosed their pharmacy because they didnt have A/C?? Don’t waste your time at this Rite Aid. Waited at the drive through for over 10 minutes to go inside and be told “the drive through has been closed for months didn’t you know” there are no no signs stating that. They take forever filling a prescription after calling in. The store is bare and rarely stocked. Definitely changing pharmacy’s.
If I could give it zero I would. The ladies are usually sweet. But the guy with long red hair and the tall guy with the dark beard are subject to how they feel on a given day. Rude and terrible customer service.
