Worst pharmacy ever. Prescription sent in the morning, go 5 hours later and they still have yet to fill it! Was told I could just drive around to the end of the line and hopefully it would be done when I got back around to the window. Totally unacceptable l, especially when you are sick and don't want to be out.
Horrible! Called in refills on a Tuesday, got text messages Tuesday, Weds and Thurs. To pick up. I go in Thurs and they tell me they aren't ready, to come back Fri. I ran out of meds on Sunday, gave them 2 extra days to get them done. I go Sunday and they still don't have it done! They lady asked me not to get upset at the counter! Are you kidding me! Switching to a different pharmacy
I’m not sure how to delete previous review or I would. However, after I left a negative review the store reached out to me and worked with me to correct the problem. I have had no trouble since I left that review getting anything prescriptions filled. Thanks for correcting the problem.
There's a few nice employees.... However when I call they are very curt and don't even bother to say goodbye... They just hang up. I went thru the drive thru an hour after I called and they said they would be ready in 20 minutes. I work for an elderly lady and if I don't pick up her meds then she doesn't get them. So I go thru drive thru and some young kid with facial hair says they aren't ready. I said YOU told me they would be ready half hour ago, she needs these.. and he said nothing, just stared. If you actually need your life sustaining medication in a timely manner, I wouldn’t use this pharmacy. I’ve been trying for 2 WEEKS to get my medication. They told me the whole time they needed prior authorization from my dr. I called my Dr, THEY NEVER EVEN SENT THE PRIOR AUTH FORM. Terrible pharmacy!!! Extremely slow. Definitely switching.
