4/6/25 10am Self check out has been down for about a week now. Most of the employees here are weird. Cashier lady with glasses was following me around the store. So I called her out on it and she backed off. But that didn't bother me. Just get the self check out machines working again. Overall, it's a clean and neat rite aid.
WORST STORE! DON’T BOTHER! Weird experience! I go to this location weekly sometimes every few days. I went to check out with quite a few items. The manager was at the register and asked if I needed help carrying out the purchase and I said sure. After he bagged it, he said, “I think you can handle it!” Really bothered me considering that I have had 2 surgeries for breast cancer and radiation. The store and the pharmacy are clean, helpful, experienced and a lot of parking lot available
They don’t answer the phone. Good luck seeing if your prescription is ready.
