East 185th store Cleveland, OH ROCKS the staff are outstanding!
Pharmacy never answers the phone. Scripts are never ready on time, take 2 ton3 days to get them filled. RECENTLY, I even called from the doctors office to verify my refill was received because the vlame game the staff plays has had me suffering and one staff member said they had it and my inhalers would be ready in a few hours. I arrived at the pharmacy 5 hours later to be told by a different staff member they didn't have a refill and I was to call my doctors office.
Oh, where to begin! November 19, 2023, the Store was closed at 1:30, as seen on the sign on the sketchy sign on the door. Apparently, the drive-thru pharmacy was still open per said signage. What is going on with RiteAid recently? This, among many other locations in the Cleveland area, are just making up closing times at their own discretion. Screw the customers and shareholders! Is this poor management? Payroll not being filled? Anyone's guess is as good as mine.
The pharmacy has done the best job filling out prescriptions. I know they are over worked but you are appreciated!!!
