Changing pharmacies immediately. I agree with the guy who said he was treated different because of his medications. Horrible service, this is the second time I went to get my meds and they never even sent my doctor what they needed for my pre authorization, seriously! I have no meds! The pharmacist made a comment that I didn't appreciate and you can tell he took my medication refill personal, from what he said to me. I plan on filing a complaint and finding another pharmacy.
So this is hard because I always get my meds but the customer service is horrible because of the medications I take it seems very obvious that I'm treated different
Disenfranchised does have it's moments. I have a fraternization video with the Pharmacist if yinz would be interested.
