Consistently closing before they are supposed to be closed. It’s super irritating when I need to use the atm.
They wouldn't answer and when they did I was on extended hold.
Pharmacy technician was rude and unhelpful. She didn't even look anything up just complained to me about how other stores are referring them to their store which is out of customer control.
The help I recieved from Cody in the pharmacy today was above and beyond. I'd been to Fred Meyer to fill a script and staff was rude and didnt even know if they had the pills.. said it would be at least an hour to fill if they even did. Called Rite Aid and was told they could fill in about 20 minutes. Got my script back and headed down the road. Upon arrival all staff were friendly and welcoming. I shopped while waiting and headed to the pickup counter. For some reason the code for my Single Care discount wouldnt work. I cur... read more
