cancelled my refill without asking or telling me, very sarcastic that I was upset by that. Raised my voice because they were openly mocking me, now I'm not allowed back. I mean, they can't provide good care so I shouldn't mind but everywhere else is just as enshittified.
No customer service what so ever. DO NOT GO HERE. The pharmacy is a mess to say the least. Talk to one person said they had it in stock. Drove an hour then said they had to order it. Then called back said it was all set get there and nope. Horriable
Cleanest place I have ever seen
overall my experience has been good there but there is one guy working there that is not very friendly and can come across as rude but otherwise it's a good store i switched from cvs cause there customer service is worse
I have always had awesome service at this store until 1/27/2023. A customer in front of me was treated very rudely. I then approached the counter, this same woman was very rude. I was set back by her attitude, I have never seen her before so I am wondering if she is new. If so she really needs an attitude adjustment about her customer service.
