I had a horrible experience here. I'd been before, and it went smoothly and efficiently. This time around, I went in to get two new prescriptions. One was a lower dosage of one I had already been taking. The pharmacist said my Dr's office only called in one at the higher dosage. I was very confused and told her that it was supposed to be lower and there was supposed to be another medication with it. She was very short with me and not very helpful. William is amazing. We visit almost every Saturday night for ice cream. He is always so friendly and professional and even remembers us and our favorite flavors. This store is very clean and has a great selection of every type of product. Highly recommend this rite aid and especially their Thrifty ice cream to everyone! :)
When I walked in I had to “excuse” myself to walk in between 2 employees who were too into their conversation about personal stuff (I heard them talking) to even be bothered to greet me. This store is nice but you’re never busy so I’d suggest you teach your employees about customer service before your business closes for lack of customers. Very nice employes profiled us the second we walked in, followed us around the store and looked at us crazy when we were short. Like my guy, do you think we are not coming back to pay or something? It's not worth going to. Also, if you look further down, you can see this isn't the first time this has happened either. "Make sure you use the new money tester" purposely saying this in front of a customer is also quite rude but ay not like yall cared right, we just some shoplifters with 100% fake money.
