Pretty disappointed with riteaid… I’ve been going to this pharmacy for over 7 years and without any warning they closed and forwarded business to Kroger on Lombardy. Now this wouldn’t be a big deal but because they didn’t tell their existing customers, if you have a prescription that is a controlled substance you have to go get a new prescription to get it filled which could take days especially on the weekend. Came from rite aid on corner of east broad and Belvedere and was met with the rudest salesperson ever. First I bought a card, and when she put it in the bag, she grabbed it so carelessly it started to wrinkle up. Then she had the nastiest attitude every time I had a question. She was soooo rude and I’ve always had the nicest people helping me there. I wrote this review as soon as I left, she was nasty.Â
I’m generally happy with the Rite Aid and will continue shopping. Perfectly happy? That’s impossible even for God. Just do a good job.Â
