Called ahead for a prescription, was told to come in and pick up, waited 25 minutes in line because the employee couldn't do a return at the pharmacy... just to be told we need you to go to a different line that didn't exist. Thanks for wasting my time
The Rite Aid in my small shopping Center is very necessary, parking easy also. All the Associates are friendly, just super people; especially Wendy and Linda. Yesterday, my right eyelid blistered overnight. I thought I could get an OTC cream. The pharmacist said there is nothing OTC, but it is very important I see an eye doctor immediately. The way that the pharmacist here treated me was beyond disgraceful. The moment that the pharmacist saw that I was filling a prescription for something to do with a mental health diagnosis (as opposed to something like a med for nausea - the only other thing I have had filled at this rite aid) he started treating me SO rudely and with such disrespect.
