jesus what the hell is going on with these people in rite-aid, everytime I go to this phamacy they give me attitude and are very rude to me like I disgusting them, it's like you a bother to them! They made me wait for my 4 year old son's medication talking about "We are waiting for delivery and they will call me when it arrives" 3 days pass so I try calling but noone picks up the phone and they never ever called me, lucky I took my business else where and won't ever step foot in that lonely miserable place. Rude as could be in the pharmacy. They do not care about people at all. Just closing before advertised time.
Took someone to pick up medication after a surgery. The staff looked absolutely miserable. I mentioned it to the person I was with and they stated they always do and they are rude too. The guy had to come to window a few times for different things insurance card, ID & payment. Each time he looks annoyed as if we were wasting his time. Needless to say zero customer service skills were used. I feel bad for that little old lady going in for her medication and being treated in such a way.
My daughter in on 2 different inhalers for asthma. About 2 weeks ago I picked up her first inhaler and the pharmacy manager told me they would "do me a favor" by replacing an inhaler that was defective and not delivering the medication to her. She went so far as to tell me we weren't cleaning it and it was pretty much our fault the inhaler was defective. The second inhaler she's on is a preventative and needs to be taken every day.
