Took someone to pick up medication after a surgery. The staff looked absolutely miserable. I mentioned it to the person I was with and they stated they always do and they are rude too. The guy had to come to window a few times for different things insurance card, ID & payment. Each time he looks annoyed as if we were wasting his time. Needless to say zero customer service skills were used. I feel bad for that little old lady going in for her medication and being treated in such a way.
My daughter in on 2 different inhalers for asthma. About 2 weeks ago I picked up her first inhaler and the pharmacy manager told me they would "do me a favor" by replacing an inhaler that was defective and not delivering the medication to her. She went so far as to tell me we weren't cleaning it and it was pretty much our fault the inhaler was defective. The second inhaler she's on is a preventative and needs to be taken every day. The staff in the pharmacy are so rude and mean they look like the hate there job and customers that go there they talk to you in a rude way with a bad face everytime , with exception of a young tall guy he is very nice every time a go and a another girl I think she is Indian very nice too.
They have a friendly, personable staff that are willing to help you as much as possible. If they can't help you, such as with questions about your prescriptions, they will happily get the Pharmacist on duty to help you as soon as possible.
