It doesn't have a lot of stuff here.. the shelves are basically empty
Most of the time I am completely satisfied with the service at the Mont Vernon St. location. One thing that is very irritating is, when you claim to be open (pharmacy) until 1:30, you should be open till 1:30. Several times I have gone out of my way to get there before they close and the window shade is closed before 1:30. If it were a minute or two I might be more understanding, but today I went and the shade was closed at 1:25. If someone could ask the pharmacy staff to stay open until 1:30, that would be much appreciated.
If you want personal, friendly service, Rite Aid is the place to go.
No thank you Rite Aid. No more abuse is required. If you are looking for limited selection and to be abused at the register this place is for you. Supervisor Courtney has a real attitude and will tell you off for asking for her help. Don't go here they take your money and when you ask for their assistance they will scream and curse at you until you leave the store or have to call the police (who will do nothing at all). Store still looks like it's in the throws of the pandemic.
