I was a customer at the LeRoy Rite Aid yesterday, and had a really satisfying experience. The associate was both friendly and helpful in assisting me with finding what I was looking for. I always shop at Rite Aid because it has a home town feeling.
Jason is great, one of the best pharmacists I've had (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) but the lady pharmacist is a joke. Doc increases meds and the lady tells you to split up the meds instead of filling the higher dose then scolds you when you follow their instructions like you did something wrong. I've never had such a rude dismissive pharmacist in my life. Made me feel like I did something wrong by following her instructions.
Jason is the ABSOLUTE BEST Pharmacist I have ever had in all my years of using retail pharmacies! He is friendly, compassionate, empathetic, extremely professional, reliable, efficient, prompt, and very intelligent (I could go on and on)! I hope he never leaves!
