Drive thru for prescription she took about 30 minutes to actually get to me. How unprofessional hire some better people
I don't mind using the pharmacy at rite aid the cashier is always friendly. The only problem I have is when are they supposedly going to restock all the shelves I asked months and months ago what was going on and she said that that they were going to redesign the store it has been several months and nothing has changed I think they're closing
They're rude, unfriendly. The female pharmacist doesn't even have good customer service skills. The techs are uneducated and it's very obvious. Newport Rite Aid needs corporate to step in! I've been wanting to change pharmacies for a very long time. I'm so close to the point where I will change. I've been holding out hoping that they will start doing better but they haven't.
