Switching to Walgreens, RiteAid staff was very rude over the phone. Script not filled after surgery!
Manager is rude to her employees underneath her.I literally watches her yell at a cashier when alls she wanted was a simple ass override!!!!! CASHIER WAS BEYOND AWESOME
Everytime I go to the pharmacy, the workers are very rude and yells at their customers. They never have my medicine in stock then they make me wait a week before I can get my medicine. I will be switching pharmacy.
The pharmacy rang up three medications my doctor prescribed me but only 2 were given to me and the pharmacist claimed, for the third one, the doctor didn’t put the order in… my insurance was still charged for the 3rd pills even though I did not receive them and now it’s a “he-say-she-say” situation and I had to go almost a month without sleeping medication.
Not from Lackawanna area (on vacation) but forgot needle tips for an insulin pen.P Called Rite Aid Lackawanna and the person answering the phone could not have been nicer and more helpful. I arrived at the store and found out it was the pharmacist, Danielle, who answered the phone (I thought it would be a pharm tech). She was incredibly helpful with my myriad of questions. She is nice, warm, and for me, incredibly knowledgeable. And Happy Birthday, again, Danielle! ❤️
