There is a female staff in the pharmacy department tonight that was a real jerk when I called about a prescription that was called in this morning from my Dr. I have never had to wait over 24 hrs for a new fill ever and her attitude was rude. I will be changing where I get my prescriptions from now on.
Edit: So you’re becoming a Walgreens? I hope no one from the former Walgreens across the street has any management position in the new RiteAid -> Walgreens. Over the years I’ve heard many horror stories from good people about the pharmacy staff at the former Walgreens. Pharmacy manager is a complete prick. Went to get my script said my card was not working even though it is a flexable spending account and i have thousands in the account. They proceeded to break my card in not one but two spots called them to see if they were going to pay for my card replacement they argued with me that the card was broken when I handed it to them, it most certainly was not, you can tell they forcefully swiped it through the scanner multiple times and broke it.
