Luwan was above-and-beyond helpful at the pharmacist window. I was struggling to remedy a prescription cost increase after switching to a new plan. She took several minutes to explain my options and how to pursue them DESPITE clearly being very busy on her end. A rare moment where I wished the checkout process asked me if I would like to tip. This Pharmacy is the best I’ve ever been to. Everyone is so helpful, polite, and friendly. I went to CVS for years. The pharmacy staff at this location is a dream team. Not only that, they have medications in stock that are not available anywhere else. Don’t know the pharmacist by name, but she is always super helpful and everybody in line seems to talk to her like they are family. It’s really really refreshing. CVS sucks compared to this team.
Why is the CEO still a billionaire after filling for bankruptcy and paying your employees wages so low? Pharmacists are on the front line of public safety yet they get paid less than part time pizza shop employees. If you want to keep someone over a year, maybe you should pay them a living wage for their time. If not, I pray on your failure.
