Update: I changed my review from 2 stars to 5 stars because for about a year or so I ended up going with this location over the Baltimore Street one. The drive-through services improved drastically, probably because I was not usually there for a COVID test. I never had the same problem again with picking up meds for me and my family. There was even a really fun worker who wore cat ears and who loved cats. This Rite Aid used to be excellent but it has seriously gone down hill. It started after COVID, understaffed like everywhere else, which was understandable. Now the big issue is female pharmacist. Dave, the regular pharmacist, is great but he seems to be there less and the female pharmacist that's there now is awful. She always has an attitude when she answer the and is incredibly unhelpful. Friendly atmosphere, welcomed to the store, clean store, convenient location, pharmacy assistants improve as they get to know you
Since 2 years ago, this store has gone downhill significantly. It deserves 0 stars. Also, it appears the male pharmacist who was helpful and provided excellent service has left, to their detriment. Staffing seems to not be an issue but no one wants to help, including the new pharmacist. There have been a plethora of issues. Most recently this week, my script wasn’t ready two days after calling it in, one day after the pick up time and I received no call to tell me.
