Customer service is atrocious not only this location but the location that recently closed on Stafford road was even worse I waited 5 minutes while the two employees sat there talking to each other looking at me like I was a nuisance then finally I asked if the had a 10 dollar version of the prepaid PlayStation cards and the reply I got was in a unenthusiastic voice we have what is out now I can tell why rite aid is going under corporate should have looked at there stores closer Maybe they could have saved their company
I’ve worked in a pharmacy for 10+ years & I’ve never encountered so many incompetent people who don’t know how to do their job. The staff is flat out rude & don’t recommend anyone taking their business there.
I have never encountered such an incompetent and rude staff as the ones who work here. I am a senior citizen who deals with a lot of pain, each and every day. I wait to recieve a text message from them informing me that my perscription is ready to be picked up. I recieved one confirming that it was ready to be picked up today. My Dr. was away the last time that it was filled so the Dr. who covered for him sent over a fifteen day script, but the dosage was not correct.
