Seems it's not just rite aid on the east side of the state that has AWFUL pharmacy customer service. University place rite aid pharmacy is just as AWFUL!!! The pharmacist is rude and her techs didn't even try to run my insurance. I'm sitting here with the flu about to pass out and still waiting for my meds. An hour later. Do better Rite aid.Â
This Rite Aid pharmacy is an absolute nightmare. I have called no less than 15 times between yesterday and today, and not once did anyone bother to pick up the phone. After endless frustration, I finally got through—only to be told that my prescription had been canceled by my doctor. Confused, I called my doctor’s office, and guess what? Came to write a review was not surprised to see that they have two stars I don’t even know Why the store is even open. It’s dirty the people who work there are absolutely the most miserable people. I hear so many horror stories from people about the pharmacy in this place should be absolutely closed and shut down Among the doctors who are local, the pharmacy is known to be an absolute joke. Shelves and aisles are empty. It was the same a month ago. When I asked about it I was told it was a logistics issue. A problem getting merchandise to the store. I know rite aid just came through a bankruptcy but this store is starving.Â
